SILVERLINE is a privately held real estate development platform based in Fort Lee, New Jersey. We develop townhomes, single-family homes, condominiums and rental buildings across northern New Jersey and New York City.
Our story

Our completed work runs from residential buildings in New York City to homes across Bergen County, including Fort Lee, Edgewater and Palisades Park. Today we have townhomes, single-family homes, condominiums and rental buildings planned or underway in towns including Fort Lee, Paramus, Demarest, Closter and Astoria.
