Silverline Developers LLC (“Silverline,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use silverlineusa.com and any other websites we operate (together, the “Site”) or when you contact us, how we use and share it, and what choices you have.

By using the Site you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry through the Site, or contact us by email or phone, we collect what you tell us, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, the topic you’re interested in, the best time to reach you, and anything you write in your message. If you are a real estate broker, we may also collect your brokerage and your client’s name and budget. If you apply for a job, we collect your name, contact details, the role you’re interested in, your resume and anything else you include.

Visits that start from our mailings. If you reach the Site by scanning a QR code or following a link on a letter or other mailing from us, we may record that visit and connect it to the address the mailing was sent to.

Information from other sources. We may obtain property owners’ names, mailing addresses and contact details from public records and from commercial data providers. We use this information to send letters to, or contact, owners about buying or developing their property, and we may combine it with what you tell us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you and your approximate location. This information is generally not linked to you as an individual unless you also give us your contact details.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, to understand how it is used (for example with Google Analytics) and to improve it. Some third parties set their own cookies when you visit the Site or use embedded content such as videos and social media buttons. We do not control those cookies, so please review those providers’ privacy policies.

We may also use advertising cookies from partners such as Google or Meta to show you our ads on other sites based on your visits to ours.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

How we use your information

We use information for the purposes it was collected for and related purposes, including to:

• respond to your inquiries and arrange appointments or tours;
• tell you about our projects and send newsletters or marketing, which you can opt out of at any time;
• contact property owners about their property;
• review job applications;
• operate, secure and improve the Site, including analytics and measuring our advertising;
• keep our records accurate and combine information from the sources above; and
• comply with the law, resolve disputes, and protect our rights and the rights and safety of others.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email, customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, marketing and communications tools;
• The project company and real estate brokers responsible for a property you ask about;
• Professional advisers, lenders and insurers, who must keep it confidential;
• Authorities and others when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or is needed to prevent fraud or illegal activity, protect the security of the Site, or defend against claims; and
• A buyer or successor if Silverline or a project company is sold, merged or reorganized.

Calls, texts and email

If you give us your phone number or email address, we may call, text or email you about your inquiry and our projects. Message and data rates may apply. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. Agreeing to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of buying or selling any property. We may still send service messages, such as replies to your inquiry or security and legal notices.

Your choices and rights

You can choose what information to give us, though we may not be able to respond to you without some of it. To opt out of marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us. To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by law. Residents of some states have additional privacy rights, which we will honor where they apply.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Where your information is stored

We store information on servers in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site with a new effective date, and if we make material changes we will give notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.

Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims arising out of it belong in the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
